Inside Sales Associate

Inside Sales Associate at Mike Hudson Distributing handles incoming calls, processes and expedites orders, suggests and sells additional items over the phone, verifies order accuracy, collaborates with outside sales, maintains customer relationships, and participates in sales activities. The role requires strong communication skills, sales acumen, and a customer-centric approach; 85% of the day is spent on the telephone. Responsibilities include processing special orders, maintaining price lists, providing backup coverage for Sales Representatives, attending sales meetings, documenting customer complaints on Footprint, and preparing quarterly reports. Minimum education is a High School Diploma. Prior experience in food service distribution Inside Sales/Customer Service or call center is preferred. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
