Inside Sales Associate

Act as the store's primary representative by building strong relationships with retail and contractor customers, determining their requirements, and recommending specific products and services. Utilize product knowledge to overcome objections, quote prices, and discuss credit terms while collaborating with Outside Sales Reps and Managers to implement strategic sales approaches. Manage unique accounts, including new home construction projects, and accurately enter and tender orders using the company computer system to track sales activity. Adhere to all safety rules, report injuries immediately, and maintain strict confidentiality of financial information. Complete additional duties as assigned to support store operations.
