Job Summary
Inside Sales & Appointment Supervisor overseeing a team of Inside Sales and Appointment Specialists. Responsible for day-to-day supervision, coaching, training, and development to ensure consistent performance, a strong pipeline of qualified appointments for the In-Home Sales team, and high-quality customer interactions. Will educate homeowners on Joyce products, schedule and support in-home consultation appointments, monitor call quality and appointment performance, and identify opportunities for process improvements. Requires leadership, coaching, and communication skills, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends; compensation includes an hourly base rate plus commission and bonuses, with total earning potential of $25–$30 per hour or more based on performance.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience leading or coaching a sales or customer service team
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends based on business needs
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Strong coaching and communication skills with a focus on employee development
