Job Summary
Inside Sales Representative responsible for generating and qualifying new B2B opportunities through outbound outreach, scheduling qualified meetings for the Business Development team, and serving as the first point of contact with prospective clients. The role focuses on identifying technology or service needs, building rapport with decision-makers, handing off qualified leads to the Outside Sales team, and maintaining CRM records. Onsite role based in Tyrone, GA, with a professional, client-focused approach and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The position emphasizes outbound calling, meeting scheduling, lead qualification, and collaboration with the Business Development team to drive opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience with outbound B2B sales/appointment setting in a call-center environment
- Proven history of success in exceeding sales quotas
- Prior experience with CRM software
- Excellent verbal, written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Positive, solution-oriented attitude
- Proficient experience with MS Office, email
- Professional phone personality
