Job Summary
Hybrid Inside Sales & Customer Support Specialist in Houston, TX who drives sales and delivers exceptional customer support. Responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, maintaining CRM accuracy, conducting product demonstrations and onboarding, promoting products/services, pursuing upsell/cross-sell opportunities, managing the sales pipeline to meet monthly/quarterly goals, collaborating with the sales team, and resolving customer issues while educating customers on new offerings. Requires at least 2 years in inside sales or customer service, proficiency with CRM tools, and strong communication and organizational skills. Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a similar role
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
