Job Summary
Inside Sales and Contract Engineer to manage orders from receipt through delivery, collaborate with engineering, purchasing and manufacturing to meet customer requirements, provide pricing and lead-time using price lists, resolve order queries, negotiate with customers and internal teams, and work with Quality to resolve customer complaints. Involves service across Oil & Gas, Water & Power, and Chemical, Process & Industrial markets; requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, a proactive problem-solving approach, and experience with ERP systems and technical drawings.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role or in contract management
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Commercial awareness or customer service experience
- Basic technical knowledge (electrical, pneumatic/hydraulic, instrumentation, etc.)
