Job Summary
Inside Sales and Account Management Executive role focused on timely lead follow-up, generating estimates and scheduling for clients; educate clients on services, pricing, and service model; deliver excellent customer service and experience; respond to inbound/outbound leads via calls, texts, emails, and third-party apps; prepare simple estimates from client-provided photos; coordinate scheduling of craftsman using dispatch and schedule management software; assist with invoicing and general paperwork.
