Job Summary
Handle inbound and outbound calls with Verizon Wireless customers, spotting opportunities to save money and grow accounts while selling smartphones, tablets, and mobile internet services. Book and manage appointments, follow-ups, and callbacks, then keep clean, accurate records of every interaction. Show up to daily huddles and training ready to improve, while tracking your own numbers and owning your results. Bilingual in English and Spanish is required, with Armenian skills a plus. This role offers a competitive hourly base plus uncapped commission, ongoing product and sales training, and a career growth path within Wireless Plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual required: English/Spanish
- Able to sit up to 80% of a shift
- Able to stand and/or walk over 20% of a shift
Desired Qualifications
- Armenian language skills are a big plus
- 3+ years in a commission-based sales role preferred
- Call center or wireless industry experience is a strong plus
- Comfortable with MS Office and CRM systems like Salesforce
- Thick skin, quick thinking, and the drive to turn a 'no' into a 'not yet'
- Self-starter who doesn't need someone standing over them to stay productive
- A real passion for helping people, not just closing deals
