Job Summary
Book 8–10 qualified appointments daily by completing 200+ calls with homeowners to schedule in-home consultations for Design Consultants. Manage both inbound and outbound communications while following a proven script to build rapport, handle objections professionally, and track progress toward daily goals. Work independently in a remote environment with rotating shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM PST, offering Sunday-to-Thursday or Tuesday-to-Saturday schedules provided three weeks in advance. This role connects homeowners with Renewal by Andersen for window and door replacement services.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced customer-facing, sales, service, call centre, appointment-setting, or phone-based role
- Strong communication skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed goals
- Confidence speaking with customers over the phone
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Positive, team-oriented mindset
- Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday
- Rotating shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM PST
- Schedules are provided 3 weeks in advance
