Job Summary
Reach out to new onboard clients over the phone and develop growth opportunities in existing markets. Manage the existing portfolio of customers to present solutions, communicate to understand business needs, and promote offerings based on client requirements. Keep an updated customer database, measure identified KPIs, and update client records. Prepare and present achievements and KPIs regularly. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Economics, 1-2 years of inside or outbound sales experience, and fluency in Greek and English. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Economics
- 1-2 years of experience as inside or outbound sales agent
- Proven track record of sales quota over the phone
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (CRM, Sales software) and MS Office
- Fluency in Greek and English (oral & written communication)
- Great communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Priority and time-management skills
- Continuous learning and development mindset
- Active listener
- Outstanding communicator with a professional and also friendly approach
