Job Summary
Support inside sales team with customer and distributor quotes, order updates, and product information. Process customer orders, RFQs, and project-related documentation. Coordinate with engineering, production, and sales teams. Track open orders, shipment updates, and lead times. Maintain accurate customer and order information in CRM/ERP systems. Answer incoming calls and assist in prioritizing customer needs. Assist in screening and coordinating inbound sales leads.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in industrial customer service, inside sales knowledge, sales support, or order management
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in PVF (Pipe, Valves & Fittings)
- A background in petrochemical, refining, industrial supply, or process equipment industries
- Familiarity with RFQs and industrial quoting processes
