Inside Sales Administrator - Part Time

Job Summary
Partner with the outside sales force to increase sales by responding to customer inquiries, recommending alternate products based on availability, and generating quotations. Manage customer orders, forecasts, contracts, and expedites while proactively contacting customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and drive cross-selling. Request regular forecasts from clients and communicate demand shifts to the Supply Chain Department. Use company software to record customer management activities and plan follow-up actions for the territory. Maintain regular contact with the established customer base to develop long-term relationships and coordinate with engineering, quality, and operations personnel during customer interface situations. Provide guidance and instruction for newly hired sales personnel. This hourly, in-office part-time role requires at least 24 hours per week to support department operations and benefits eligibility.
