Job Summary
Manage external and internal customer correspondence, handling quoting, final pricing, and invoicing while tracking open order dates and work scope. Research and identify necessary repair parts to ensure JHC TCC (Total Customer Commitment) standards are upheld. Communicate clearly across multiple divisions including Production, Outside Sales, and Project Management. Build and cultivate solid relationships while multitasking to handle interruptions. Participate in required trainings and the after hour and weekend On-Call rotation, with overtime expected during outage season. This role demands prompt, accurate results under routine urgency and pressure.
