Job Summary
Respond to incoming inquiries from potential customers, qualify leads, and process orders while guiding buyers through the purchase journey. Engage in conversations to understand pain points and tailor solutions, handling objections with clear, persuasive responses. Collaborate with experienced sales representatives to place orders via phone, monitor delivery inquiries, and inform customers about promotions and upgrades. Collect feedback on preferences and objections to refine the sales process. Achieve individual and team-based goals related to lead conversion, response time, and performance quotas. Participate in training sessions to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED)/Higher Secondary education or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence
- 2-4 years of work experience, preferably in inside sales or tele sales, or a related field
Desired Qualifications
- Certified Inside Sales Professional (CISP)
