Job Summary
Inside Sales Account Representative responsible for engaging inbound leads and existing customers, guiding them through the sales process, and expanding business. Duties include maintaining knowledge of products/services, utilizing sales tools for lead/opportunity tracking, selling to installed base, understanding procurement criteria, identifying new opportunities within accounts, collaborating with assigned reps for complex sales, employing solution-based selling across multiple products, owning strategic entry points at the customer level, guiding leads from initial contact to closing, and using data analytics to identify trends and opportunities to optimize performance. Requires proficiency in business development, CRM/salesforce, prospecting, cross-selling, upselling, and strong communication. Education/Experience: High School Diploma/GED or higher; typically 4-6 years in inside sales or tele sales (preferred). Certifications: Certified Inside Sales Professional (CISP) preferred. Location: Rio Rancho, NM (on-site). Compensation: On-target earnings of $28-$34/hour equivalent annualized ($58,240-$70,720). Benefits include comprehensive US benefits package and parental leave.
