Inside Sales Account Representative - Financial Services

Job Summary
Manage a defined territory of current and prospective Financial Services customers through inbound and outbound sales activities to drive incremental revenue. Qualify, prioritize, and maintain a healthy pipeline by collaborating with field sales and internal partners to execute account plans and uncover software, services, and training needs. Establish relationships with multiple buying stakeholders, prepare quotes and proposals, and accurately forecast sales activity within internal CRM systems. Lead impactful sales discussions with key decision makers to address objections and advance opportunities. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 3-5 years of inside sales experience, and ability to work independently in a hybrid role in North Carolina.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of Inside Sales, Prospect Development or customer-facing commercial experience
- Five years of experience in sales, or telesales in an industry-related environment
- Demonstrated ability to prospect quality opportunities and manage multiple sales engagements simultaneously
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to convey business and technical concepts by phone
- Experience using CRM tools and working with sales performance metrics
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team-oriented sales environment
- Strong preference for someone who has previously worked in a Sales capacity with enterprise Financial Services companies or previous experience in Sales at a software company
