Inside Sales Account Representative - Financial Services

Job Summary
Drive incremental revenue by managing and expanding a defined territory of current and prospective Financial Services customers through inbound and outbound sales activities. Qualify, prioritize, and manage sales opportunities to build a healthy pipeline, while collaborating closely with field sales, marketing, and internal partners to execute territory and account plans. Establish relationships with buying stakeholders to uncover software and services needs, prepare quotes and proposals, and accurately forecast sales activity within internal CRM systems. Lead impactful discussions with key decision makers to uncover needs and advance opportunities through the buying process, ensuring all security policies are followed. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of inside sales experience in Financial Services or software. Full-time, hybrid role in North Carolina with comprehensive benefits and no visa sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of Inside Sales, Prospect Development or customer-facing commercial experience
- Five years of experience in sales, or telesales in an industry-related environment
- Demonstrated ability to prospect quality opportunities and manage multiple sales engagements simultaneously
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to convey business and technical concepts by phone
- Experience using CRM tools and working with sales performance metrics
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team-oriented sales environment
- Strong preference for someone who has previously worked in a Sales capacity with enterprise Financial Services companies or previous experience in Sales at a software company
