Job Summary
Account Manager to drive adoption of BoldSign and BoldDesk, manage warm real-time leads, qualify and close new subscription opportunities, pursue upsell opportunities within existing accounts, and maintain a personal pipeline. Responsibilities include articulating subscription plan benefits through product training, maintaining client relationships across time zones in a hybrid work environment, negotiating terms and pricing, coordinating with marketing and product teams, and leveraging CRM to track activities. The role requires strong communication, relationship-building, independent work ethic, and the ability to manage multiple client needs with professionalism. On-site training is required for 6-8 weeks near Morrisville, NC, after which a flexible hybrid arrangement is available.
