Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or commensurate work experience
- Typically 6-8 years of related work experience in inside sales or tele sales
- Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales processes
- Strong skills in consultative selling, negotiation, and cross-selling
- Ability to manage key accounts and identify growth opportunities
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Experience training/coaching lower-level representatives
- Understanding of B2B sales and SMB market dynamics
