Job Summary
Execute 30-50 outbound calls daily to identify customer needs and direct them to the correct sales group. Develop long-term relationships by establishing buying trends, recording conversations in CRM, and managing existing accounts while sourcing new business through cold calling and lead research. Engage in technical discussions to determine requirements, influence internal and external decision-makers, and coordinate site visits for line trials. Close new business by partnering with Account Managers on pricing and contact development.
