Job Summary
Inside Sales Account Manager at Leaseweb focuses on building and maintaining relationships with existing and new customers to increase revenue, with an emphasis on inbound activities and occasional events/outbound support. Responsibilities include account management, achieving sales objectives, identifying new business opportunities, ensuring customer retention through excellent service, collaborating with Marketing, Provisioning, and Contract Management, developing account plans, and expanding revenue within assigned portfolios. Requires 3–5 years of sales experience (IT preferred), a higher education degree in Business or related fields, strong English (and Dutch preferred) communication, and proven skills in relationship-building, problem-solving, strategic thinking, negotiation, and lead qualification.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years sales experience, preferably in the IT sector
- HB0- or WO-diploma in Business Administration, Sales or similar
- Excellent communication in English (spoken and written); Dutch preferred
- Ability to build strong, long-term client relationships
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Strong drive to win new clients and expand the client base
- Strong qualification skills with ability to assess and prioritize leads
