Job Summary
The Inside Sales Account Manager supports the Sales & Marketing Departments in managing customer account relationships, promoting products, maximizing sales potential, and ensuring quality customer support through effective communication methods.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or trade or the equivalent in related work experience
- Minimum of 4 years of prior customer service, marketing, and quotation or sales experience preferred
- Minimum of 4 years of prior electrical distribution and quotations experience preferred
- Ability to read, write and speak in English required
Desired Qualifications
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint
- Experience with SAP software
- Technical competence in understanding electrical systems
