Job Summary
Inside Sales Account Executive for NCC’s automotive SaaS solutions in a full-cycle, high-activity sales role. You’ll generate new business through daily outbound prospecting, engage GMs and dealership ownership, run discovery and product demos, manage the deal cycle from first call to close, and maintain a disciplined Salesforce pipeline. This is a 100% remote, US-only position with no travel, offering a competitive base with uncapped commissions and monthly payout, and opportunities for growth within an established automotive tech brand.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of inside sales experience selling SaaS or CRM into auto dealerships
- Proven success in a high-volume outbound (hunter) environment
- Experience with automotive SaaS, CRM platforms, F&I products, or dealership-facing solutions (bonus)
- Confident cold caller with strong discovery and objection handling skills
- Ability to clearly communicate ROI and business impact
- Organized, consistent, and accountable to activity + results
- Competitive mindset and focus on performance
