Job Summary
Inside Sales Representative responsible for cultivating strong relationships with customers, quoting, processing orders, providing product information, and supporting outside sales efforts. Responsibilities include responding to inbound inquiries via phone and email, preparing and following up on sales quotations, maintaining accurate records in SAP/CRM/ERP, coordinating with operations for on-time order fulfillment, identifying customer needs and recommending products, supporting outside sales with strong service, monitoring open orders and shipping issues to ensure customer satisfaction, and participating in meetings and training to stay current on product knowledge and market trends. Must meet or exceed individual sales and productivity targets and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of inside sales, customer service, or related experience (manufacturing/industrial preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP system
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
