Job Summary
As an Inside Property Adjuster, you will provide exceptional service to policyholders by virtually inspecting damages, investigating coverage, preparing estimates, and settling claims promptly. You will communicate with customers, contractors, and vendors using software platforms like Xactimate and ClaimsX Video Collaboration, employing a compassionate and clear approach to claims handling. Key responsibilities include investigating property claims, negotiating settlements, and maintaining accurate records. This role requires strong communication skills, critical thinking, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- As a condition of employment, your office/area may require you to obtain an adjuster and/or an appraiser license which includes passing an additional background check with the Department of Labor
- If required, the Hiring Manager will work with you along with the Centralized Licensing team to ensure that you are properly licensed

- 1+ years of previous customer service experience
- Excellent organization skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills to interact with customers and stakeholders remotely
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in an office and virtual work environment
- Detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on delivering high-quality and efficient claim resolutions
- Previous industry experience is highly desired
