Job Summary
Partner Account Manager responsible for developing and executing joint partner strategies to drive revenue growth across the EMEA region. Manage a portfolio of mid-sized partners, build trust-based relationships with partner leadership and sales teams, provide guidance and resources to enhance technical and sales capabilities, and coordinate joint account planning, opportunity development, and marketing activities with partners and internal teams. Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product, and Customer Success to monitor KPIs, identify gaps, and deliver actionable insights. Requires strong collaboration, customer-focused mindset, and ability to operate in a fast-moving environment; English required with additional European language a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in SaaS, preferably in partner sales
- Strong command of English
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills
