Job Summary
Originate and process mortgage loans for leads generated by Marine Credit Union, partnering to ensure eligibility for Conventional Fixed Rate programs through Servion. Contact members promptly upon lead receipt to facilitate exceptional customer service and determine qualification for current offerings. Submit loan documentation to the Investor for approval and refer unsaleable products to qualified partners while providing status updates. Maintain working knowledge of RESPA, TILA, and automated underwriting systems while adhering to all policies and regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Master knowledge of conventional fixed mortgage underwriting guidelines
- Master knowledge of RESPA and TILA
- Experienced with DU/DO and other automated underwriting systems
- Above average computer skills
- Must be detail oriented
