Job Summary
Manages Ford and GM fleet accounts lifecycle from inquiry to delivery; serves as the internal liaison among fleet clients, dealership departments, and OEM fleet programs; prepares quotes using Ford Pro and GM Envolve tools; coordinates upfits and vendors; ensures compliance with multi-unit and government deliveries; maintains CRM records; supports invoicing, funding, and OEM incentives; drives long-term account retention through follow-up and service.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience with Ford Pro and/or GM Envolve fleet operations desirable but not a requirement
- Knowledge of OEM fleet programs, incentives, and ordering processes desirable but not a requirement
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and OEM processes simultaneously
- Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and dealership software desirable but not a requirement
- Self-motivated, accountable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment
