Job Summary
Inside Sales Representatives at Star Nursery provide exceptional customer service and sales assistance by answering questions, recommending products, and ensuring a safe shopping environment. Responsibilities include following operational standards for cost control, waste reduction, and service quality, as well as performing stock checks, signage, store upkeep, and making orders. Key skills required include planning, problem resolution, excellent interpersonal communication, and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Relevant experience in the lawn and garden center industry or equivalent is essential.

- Effective and relevant work experience in lawn and garden center industry or equivalent
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Must be able to pass a drug test
- Must be able to work long hours (seasonal overtime available) in all types of weather conditions
