Job Summary
Partner with customers to identify specific product needs for industrial, medical, and specialty gases, then accurately complete paperwork, enter sales data, and process payments. Welcomes walk-in and call-in clients, restocks merchandise, and maintains showroom cleanliness. Coordinate deliveries using company vehicles, monitor branch inventory levels, and perform basic troubleshooting on mechanical vending systems. Move up to 60 pounds and operate material handling equipment as needed. Work Monday through Friday with no weekend shifts. Valid driver's license required for occasional site visits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related role
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation

- Experience within the industrial gases, welding, or safety products industry
- Proven experience with Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) programs

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
