Job Summary
Parts Sales Representative will support multiple product lines for HTS Central Texas, identify replacement and warranty parts, process quotes and orders, track inventory, and coordinate shipping from our Houston, TX location. Responsibilities include servicing customers, maintaining warehouse/showroom inventory, informing customers of manufacturer updates, handling freight/shipping, processing invoicing, and administering warranty for parts. Requires HVAC/parts industry experience, customer service skills, and the ability to operate warehouse machinery and lift up to 50 lbs. Collaboration with the Outside Salesman and knowledge of parts and warehouse operations are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Construction or Parts Industry experience.
- Excellent initiative and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong PC skills in Microsoft Windows 7 Professional and Outlook.
- Ability to operate warehouse machinery.
- Frequently lift up to 50lbs.
