Job Summary
Mount, dismount, and replace tires on commercial vehicles efficiently and safely. Assess and troubleshoot customer tire needs to provide effective solutions. Inspect tires and vehicles for any additional issues or maintenance needs. Perform tire rotations, balancing, and repairs as required. Maintain a clean, organized work environment and ensure proper care of tools and equipment. This role supports Labor Commissions and overtime opportunities with Pomp’s Tire Service, a long-standing provider since 1939, offering comprehensive benefits and opportunities for skill development and advancement. Location-based on-site role in Seymour, IN.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and co-workers
- Ability to read and verify work order information
- Ability to lift, carry, or move 50 pounds regularly, and up to 100 pounds occasionally
