Inside Call Center Sales

Manage and grow an existing client base to meet sales goals, spending approximately 50% of time in the field with customers, prospects, and at industry events. Conduct daily outreach via calls and meetings, prospect for new clients, and build a strong sales pipeline through active participation in networking events. Onboard clients, maintain accurate records, and support the Sales Team with pricing, job status, client tours, and inventory follow-ups. Prepare and secure approval for job quotes, monitor AR and escrow balances, and collaborate with Operations to ensure efficient project execution. Represent the company at trade shows and association events to build industry relationships.
