Job Summary
Identifies, solicits, and arranges appropriate insurance coverage for clients by utilizing accessible markets. Serves as intermediary between the Agent and the Insurance Company for business renewal and growth. Drives new and renewal business to ensure brokerage team meets or exceeds production goals. Responsibilities include quoting, placing, binding, and confirming policies; market insurance products through accessible markets for less complex risks; negotiate coverage terms with carriers; serve as primary contact for agents on assigned accounts; ensure submissions and policy information are accurate; monitor accounts for compliance with underwriting standards; support production goals by driving transactional deal flow and contributing to team performance. Requires a Bachelor's degree or relevant insurance designation (preferred) and 1-3 years of insurance experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant insurance designation preferred
- 1-3 years of experience within insurance, including quoting, placement, or account management responsibilities
