Job Summary
Investigate minor to moderately complex auto accidents, evaluate coverage and liability, and negotiate settlements in alignment with established guidelines. Conduct recorded statements with claimants, insureds, and witnesses while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements throughout the claim lifecycle. Prepare clear, concise claim summaries and maintain detailed, well-documented files including notes, summaries, and decision rationale. Collaborate with internal teams to support efficient, customer-centric claim resolution. Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 4:45 pm on a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote). Requires a dedicated workspace with 50 MB download/5 MB upload internet speeds.
Required Qualifications
- Adjuster's license in multiple markets (must be obtained within 60 days of hire)
- Active adjuster license in TX, FL, or resident state (required for $1,000 sign-on bonus)
- Minimum internet bandwidth of 50 MB down/5 MB up
- Dedicated workspace in residence that is private and free from distractions
- Appropriate work surface and seating
- Background investigation submission
