Job Summary
Initiate and respond to calls from prospective students interested in CDL training, scheduling in-person admissions appointments and guiding them through the admissions process. Pre-qualify candidates based on admissions criteria while accurately maintaining call logs, appointment records, and lead activity. Collaborate with team members to support admissions and enrollment goals, consistently meeting personal performance targets. This is not a cold-calling position; all prospects have already expressed interest. The role requires a steady weekday schedule plus some evenings and Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 2 years of experience in telemarketing, call center, customer service, or sales
- Outstanding verbal communication and listening skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A professional, encouraging, and persuasive phone presence
- Ability to work a steady weekday schedule, plus some evenings and Saturdays
