Job Summary
Connect with leads and customers via phone, email, or electronic methods to establish new relationships, maintain existing accounts, and close sales while achieving quotas. Develop new leads, create and maintain a customer database, and explain product features and benefits. Process quotes and orders, prospect for organic growth, and utilize upselling tactics to secure the best possible deals. Act as a liaison by routing qualified opportunities to sales executives, resolving emerging account problems, and providing product information. Maintain calendars and appointments, sort mail, make copies, and direct phone calls. This role supports a property maintenance company servicing over 900 properties from Panama City Beach to Destin, FL, with pay ranging from $17.00 to $22.00 per hour.
