Job Summary
Inside Account Manager position responsible for managing incoming and self-sourced leads, assessing loan eligibility, sending quotes, and finalizing term sheets. Build and expand relationships with mortgage brokers and investors, partner with operations to ensure smooth loan processing and closings, and maintain diligent communication and organization. Requires recent sales experience, strong phone sales and relationship-building skills, and an energetic, self-driven, coachable attitude. Compensation includes competitive base salary with quarterly commissions and annual bonus, plus full benefits and PTO. Location is on-site in Newark, NJ.
