Job Summary
Inside Account Manager to manage a high-volume sales territory of existing customers; build relationships via phone, identify and close additional business opportunities; educate customers on material applications; calculate quotes and negotiate price, delivery, and terms; collaborate with multiple internal departments to ensure exceptional customer experience; manage an assigned geographic territory with regard to bottom-line growth; requires Associate’s degree or relevant experience and 1-2 years of related selling experience; strong communication and relationship-building skills; familiarity with Salesforce and B2B sales in the plastics/distribution sector.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or relevant experience
- 1-2 years of demonstrated solution-based selling and quota achievement in a complex fast moving sales environment a plus
- Relationship selling/consultative sales experience a plus
- Demonstrated solid communication skills, both oral and written
- Experience with SalesForce.com, manufacturing, distribution, and business to business (B2B) sales a plus
