Job Summary
Inside Account Manager responsible for managing a portfolio of existing customer accounts as the primary contact, driving customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth through discretionary pricing decisions and cross-functional collaboration with Outside Sales, Product Management, and Operations. Requires independent judgment in pricing within guidelines, proficiency with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., Epicor P21, Salesforce), and strong communication skills. Preferred Bachelor’s degree and experience in sizing/quoting pneumatic and electric actuators; HDPE product experience. Located in Lakeland, FL (onsite with occasional site visits) as part of FloWorks FloWorks FloWorks.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service in a B2B environment
- Proven ability to manage complex customer relationships and make independent business decisions
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data to support pricing strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- experience with ERP and CRM systems (e.g., Epicor P21, Salesforce) preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, or related field preferred
- Experience in sizing and quoting pneumatic and electric actuators
- HDPE product experience preferred
