Inside Account Manager

Inside Account Manager responsible for telephone and email-based sales support, order processing, and relationship management with existing key accounts across Canada. Duties include turning quotations into orders, assisting with warehouse duties, maintaining key account relationships, expanding market share, acting as a project manager for large projects when needed, prospecting new customers via outbound campaigns, meeting profit and sales targets, supporting counter and outside sales teams, resolving customer issues (pricing, returns), expediting materials with vendors, following up on quotes and outstanding orders, and leveraging strong communication and organizational skills to provide profitable solutions while ensuring customer satisfaction. Preferred experience includes 1 year in customer service or inside sales, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and knowledge of construction or fire protection sectors. Salary range CAD 50,000–55,000 with profit sharing.
