Job Summary

Inside Account Manager responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the Chicagoland region, identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling, coordinating with internal teams to execute client requests, maintaining accurate CRM data and sales pipelines, and delivering actionable reporting to support account growth and customer satisfaction. The role requires collaboration with Marketing and business units, travel up to 25%, a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), 1-2 years in related roles, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. The position is 100% remote in the Chicagoland area and aligns with Panduit’s goal of delivering exceptional customer experiences while supporting growth.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required or relevant equivalent experience in lieu of degree
  • 1-2 years in related role, providing day-to-day support to team and customers
  • Strong time management, prioritizations, and organization skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and customers at all levels
  • Travel up to 25%
