Job Summary
Inside Account Executive (Hunter) focused on net-new Commercial accounts within Elastic’s growth strategy. You will develop and execute a territory plan for 100-150 accounts, engage whitespace opportunities, create strategic prospecting plans to gain introductions and solve business challenges, qualify opportunities, collaborate cross-functionally to close deals, and forecast territory performance through Elastic’s sales process. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential, with a bias toward self-starting, ambitious execution and working in a fast-growing environment. Ideal candidates will be based near Austin, TX; New York, NY; or Arlington, VA, and be available to work from the office as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in sales roles, hunting or creating new accounts
