Insert Prep Level I

Gather materials, identify half balls, and check for quality before assembling and placing them in the oven. Perform final buff and trim, pressure test balls, crimp wires, and assemble finished products for shipping. Operate the vapor degreaser, mix bonding paint for proper viscosity, and spray, dip, or hand paint inserts. Record part counts and elapsed work time on production records while maintaining paint equipment and the spray booth. Perform the reclaim process on defective parts using chemical methods and conduct basic assembly or fabrication as needed. Maintain a clean work area and provide backup support to other production areas. This entry-level role involves prolonged standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in temperatures over 100 degrees. Candidates must follow safe work practices, pass a pulmonary function test, and possess basic communication skills.
