Job Summary
Ensure inspection lines operate properly and efficiently by managing insert inspection technicians, setting up equipment, and troubleshooting issues. Complete paperwork, account for inventory, and release inspected components while adhering to cGMPs and SOPs. Troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance on inspection equipment, monitor cleanups, and communicate problems to supervisors. Perform cartoning, labeling, and bundling duties when inspections are not required. Maintain efficient productivity while ensuring safety and quality standards. Flexibly work 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts as needed.
Required Qualifications
- The ability to work independently, without supervision required
- Ability to organize priorities and workload required
- Flexibly works other shifts, shifts maybe 8, 10 or 12 hours as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Pervious work experience and leadership experience, preferred
- 2-3 years' work experience, preferred
