Job Summary
Manage the insert inspection line by operating and setting up equipment, troubleshooting issues, and performing preventative maintenance. Ensure all inspections are completed properly and on time while completing paperwork, accounting for inventory, and issuing tags to release components. Supervise inspection technicians, monitor cleanups and changeovers, and communicate any problems to the Lead, Line Supervisor, or Shift Supervisor. Maintain efficient productivity while adhering to cGMPs, SOPs, safety procedures, and PPE requirements. Perform additional tasks such as cartooning, labeling, and shrink wrapping when inspections are not needed. Flexibly work shifts of 8, 10, or 12 hours as required.
Required Qualifications
- The ability to work independently, without supervision required
- Ability to organize priorities and workload required
- Flexibly works other shifts, shifts maybe 8, 10 or 12 hours as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Pervious work experience and leadership experience, preferred
- 2-3 years' work experience, preferred
