Job Summary

Perform technical service, color matching, ink production, and dispensing ink while manufacturing batches under 150 lbs. Execute Quality Control tests on site-manufactured batches and manage inventory through monthly consignment counts. Serve as the liaison between INX and the customer by maintaining superior service relationships. This role requires a High School diploma or GED, effective color vision, and 2 to 5 years of industry experience. Starting salary ranges from $58,000 to $74,000 annually.

Required Qualifications

High School graduate or G.E.D. equivalent
Ability to match colors effectively and pass a color vision test
Excellent customer service skills
2 to 5 years of industry related experience
Ability to communicate effectively with peers and customers
Excellent written, reading comprehension and math skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite programs and other computer skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently
Good organization skills
Must be able to work at our customer's site
Must be available for travel to customer sites
Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Must be able to match colors effectively
Must pass a color vision test
Must demonstrate excellent customer service skills
Must have 2 to 5 years of industry related experience
