Inpatient Urologist for a full-time hospital-based role at Monument Health Rapid City Hospital. 24-hour call position with daily rounds; 182 shifts per year and a flexible schedule (2 weeks per month; options include 7 on/7 off or 2 weeks on/2 weeks off). No clinic requirements. Highly competitive base salary of $700K with productivity bonus opportunities and starting/retention bonuses up to $240K. Relocation assistance, CME reimbursement, paid malpractice, and full benefits package.
