Job Summary
Inpatient Urologist needed to join a hospital-based urology group at Monument Health Rapid City Hospital. The role features 182 shifts per year with a flexible schedule (2 weeks per month; could be 7 on/7 off or 2 weeks on/2 weeks off), a 24-hour call position, and daily rounds with no on-site clinic requirement. The facility is a Level II trauma center at a 417-bed regional tertiary care medical center serving a multi-state region. Benefits include a highly competitive fixed base salary of $700K, productivity bonuses starting from day one, starting/retention bonuses up to $240K, relocation assistance, CME reimbursement, paid malpractice, and a full benefits package. Location offers extensive outdoor activities and convenient access to major hubs. This is a full-time position based in Rapid City, SD.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Board certification in urology
