Job Summary
Hospital-based Inpatient Urologist needed at Monument Health Rapid City Hospital. Full-time role with 182 shifts/year and a flexible schedule (2 weeks per month; options include 7 on/7 off or 2 weeks on/2 weeks off). 24-hour call position with daily rounds; no clinic duties. Level II trauma center in a major regional medical center, offering a fixed base salary of $700K with productivity bonuses and up to $240K in starting/retention bonuses. Comprehensive benefits package including paid relocation, CME reimbursement, malpractice coverage, and other incentives. Located in Rapid City with access to outdoor activities and regional travel. Requires medical doctor degree in Urology and board-certified practice preferred, with hospital-based, inpatient responsibilities.
